Effie: On the discrete functions of snowflakes, chairs, and naps

p1020609“Snowflakes fly and float with a skitter, down from someplace, and then they disappear! They are wonderfully fun to watch fall and disappear. These snowflakes that were falling at our house this afternoon were particularly huge and floppy–and very wet! I love snowflakes, any time of day. . .”

p1020611r“I stayed outside for a little while, just watching snowflakes, and then I decided Β it was time for a nap. Once I come indoors, chairs are for napping! Sometimes I don’t mind very much if my people, who adore me, take my picture when I’m sleeping and wake me up from my nap. Sometimes my Mom calls me Effie Blogstar; I don’t understand why, but I suppose I like it.”
