Our garden, known as Effieland, is planted with two dense rows of sunflowers. My husband planted them a few years back because we love sunflowers, and they grow here. The harbinger of the troop is on the way.

I have some daffodils & jonquils in my front yard thanks to a previous tenant. I choose to believe it’s a message from Mother Nature that Spring is coming.(yes, it’s delusional but just let me have it!) sorry, no photo…….
