A warm spring Sunday afternoon

Effie was out with me in the garden. Our garden wheelbarrow has always been stored in the garden, wheel-side up for stability, and Effie had never shown the slightest interest in it. Now, it was in my husband’s way for working on the fence, so he tipped it up on its side, making sure it was still stable. Effie was immediately on board.

A bit later in the afternoon, we visited Evans Road Pond, a favorite spot close to home.

We took another route home and stopped at Chief Timothy Wildlife Management Area to take in more Snake River and Hells Canyon scenery.
